Refund policy

Returns and exchanges can be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must remain unworn with the tags still attached. 

Please note:

*All mark-down items are final sales, and are ineligible for a return or exchange.

*Products purchased at retail stores must be returned to original place of purchase.

*sota clothing is not responsible for packages that are stolen upon delivery 

*after the first exchange of a product, the exchange will be final and items will no longer be refundable or exchangeable
