3. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send merchandise back to us. We will cover shipping to get the new style back to you!

We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive your return in the mail (Monday thru Friday).
Returning for a refund?
- The refund will be issued onto the CC used to place the order. Please allow for 3 - 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded for a return
- The refund will be issued in the form of store credit via email.
- We will send you the style as soon as we receive your return package in the mail. Once we receive your return package, you can expect to receive your exchanged item(s) within 3 - 5 business days.
