Returns & Exchanges


Returns and exchanges can be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must remain unworn with any tags still attached.  


 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASES


1.  Please email brian@classicstate.com with the following info for exchanging by mail:
  • Name
  • Order #
  • Return or Exchange
  • If exchanging, what item you want in exchange
  • Any other notes/feedback

2.  Send your item for return/exchange to the address below, you can even reuse the box it came in.

3.  Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send merchandise back to us. We will cover shipping to get the new style back to you!

Returning for a refund?

  • The refund will be issued onto the CC used to place the order. Please allow for 3 - 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded for a return.
Returning an item you received as a gift?
  • The refund will be issued in the form of store credit via email.
Returning for an exchange?
  • We will send you the style as soon as we receive your return package in the mail. Once we receive your return package, you can expect to receive your exchanged item(s) within 3 - 5 business days.  
* We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive your return in the mail (Monday thru Friday). We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
