Located just 15 miles from the iconic ski town of Aspen, Woody Creek Distillers is so serious about their mission to create the worlds best vodka they grow their own potatoes (and source grain for their whiskey locally as well). The obsession for excellence has paid off, past awards include top honers at the World Spirits Competition for their Wood Creek Colorado 100% Potato Vodka. Stop by the cozy and stylish tasting room Tuesday through Saturday or make an appointment for a tour!
Woody Creek Distillers Basalt, CO
Attention to detail is apparent at Re: Find. They hand zest 10,00 lbs of St. Teresa lemons (grown in CA of course) for their limoncello. The vodka is crafted with California wine country grapes and the flavored varieties are made with organic locally grown cucumbers or kumquats that were soaked whole for months in their original vodka recipe. The owners, Monica & Alex, are also passionate about being more sustainable in their production.
Re:Find Distillery Paso Robles, CA
Philadelphia Distilling is the first craft distillery in PA since prohibition. The concept of craft distilleries was so new that at the time they applied for their license that the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board has to create an application because none existed at that time. They recently renovated a historic factory and it’s quickly becoming one of Philly’s favorite bar. In the tasting room you can sample their award winning spirits (the Elderflower Gin is a favorite), grab a hand crafted cocktail, and some Burrata, oysters, or some of their famous crispy duck wings.
